Our returns policy only applies to items purchased online and delivered in France, within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Please ensure that the item(s) are in their original condition, with their original packaging and original tags still attached.

An inspection will be carried out to ensure that all items are in their original condition before processing your return.

Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your items are defective or incorrect, please email us at excess@paris-new-York.fr with the subject line: Returns Request-Order Number. Our customer service team will assist you with the return procedure.
